Skip the 1st 30 seconds, and then check out the training of New York motorcycle police

The Yonkers Police Motorcycle School was created in 1992 and started as a 5 day course. It has evolved into a 10 day instructional school that includes classroom, cone courses and field rides. Upon graduation all graduates are provided with a DCJS certified diploma. Throughout the years and through input from many different instructors from numerous agencies this school has developed into a challenging course that attracts potential motorcycle officers from throughout the New York Tri State area. This is a collaborative effort that includes instructors from MTA, NYPD, Yorktown(Sgt. Paul Dillon), New Castle, Greenburgh, Bedford, Clarkstown, Dutchess County, Putnam County, Westchester County and Stamford Ct.
